Wow, just called an HVAC Co. for some service work. $130.00 per manhour plus parts and supplies. Last time I used one was about 3 years ago and it seems like they were $80. hr then.
Have you raised your roofing labor rates like this lately?

You re right, ti is not a business. It is a party and we ar the hosts. We get to pay and the others get to benefit. How does that work?

Roofing rates are dropping. Why? Just because the cost of business goes up, does not mean anything. this is not a business.
Lady from the C of C came by with flyers yesterday. Promoting the local group.
Let's see. Her husband has had a min. of 5 roofs done that I am aware of ( 2 twice). None by a professional roofer.
Guess how fast those flyers hit the trash!
