How's the weather?

About 12" snow here. Below zero.......-14 degrees maybe according to NWS

I think I'll wait until Wed. to shovel out, to try and leave.

As far as I know County roads are shut down and cops don' really want anybody out there.

Where would i go anyway? into a ditch? :woohoo:

A balmy -1 this morning ... pellet furnace is cranking along . . . total snowfall this event was around 12" ... roads are a mess ... morning commute looks like a giant ditch party... wife's 20 minute commute turned into a 1 1/2 hr frustration ... thankful to be holed up in a warm house.

Burnin through that wood I know! We didn't get much snow here in Southern IL. My buddy is up near Chicago riding his snowmobile around the entire district, lucky bastard.

It's a good thing my wife and sister bought me some good books for christmas. I'm reading Billy Bryson's "A short history of nearly everything" right now. Then it's on to "Guns Germs and Steel" which I'm rather excited about.

I'd rather go back to work.

Same here, I picked the perfect time to have surgery, except that my daughter doesn't have school, so shes home too. I can't get anything done with her here, she keep finding good things to watch on TV.
