I am having my house roofed. The home designer put a very unique feature in front of the house. I call it a flat top roll that diminishes as it goes up the roof. How can this be roofed to look great with a composite shingle (GAF Camelot) ?? I have tried to upload pictures from a Canon Powershot but am getting a server error from the website??
I think you are talking about an "eyebrow" dormer. You just have to put grace underneath the shingles as it rolls up and where it reaches the highest, you will have to just lap or cut the shingles. I have seen others put a ridge there, but that can look a bit funky. IMHO
Have you tried downsizing the photo? Are you trying to upload it below where you type in the post?
