How long do you wait to send another bill with late charges and what % do you add?>>>

Like Mike, rarely a problem. Residential 50% upfront balance on completion. On occassion given 30 days for balance. No contract commercial, 30 days. Contract commercial no problem. If necessary, rarely, I was a nuisance. I never added on penalties. Just annoyed them. PC>>>
