For the first time in a long time we are over 100 degrees and it is supposed to be 104 tomorrow. Sure does slow things to a crawl. We just quit at noon.

Hey, we got rain last week and the temprature dropped this weekend. Right now it is almost perfect. What a nice weekend! Low humidity and green grass and trees for once. Maybe 80 degrees too. Just perfect!!!

Don't give Sean too much credit, OS. I drove by his work site. He's got a large tent set up with two portable AC units going full blast. What a sly guy . . . hehehe

With the rain we received today, I thought for sure the Sean would be starting on his Ark project. . .

Supposed to be over 100 again tomorrow. That just doesn't happen in Michigan. For about the 4th time this year, and we have had over 20 days in the 90's this summer too. Heck, it was 85 in March. It caused all of the fruit trees to bloom and then they died because of the frost and freezing temps in April. What is going on?

Dropped to 90 today. Dry and muggy 90. I quit around 11.30 and looked at a job.

After this heat wave I am convinced that Indiana has better weather than FL. I don't see how people could put up with this heat....and even more humidity, for 6 months or more the year

Hey OS, if you want hot, come down here. Like an oven without the humidity. We finally had a 1/4" of rain a few days ago and the said we might get some next week. Hell we'll get over a 100 a 100 days in a row. a quarter of them over 110. We start about 430-5 am, roof til 11 or so and then go back at 5 or 6 in the afternoon for a couple of hours.

Back to the 80's this upcoming week. On Thursday I stopped back @ office about 11:30 and saw one truck there. About 1 O'Clock I called one of the 2 other guys and he said they just finished up! "You're not s'posed be still working in this heat!!!!!!!!!!!!"

They did. I had 2 fans on the job, a cooler full of water and an air conditioned van, but I was not expecting them to work past 11 am At All!
