About ten years ago reroofed one that the home owner had layed three tab directly over skip sheathing. Lasted till the first rain.>>>

What was I missing there? I saw some laminated shingles and some others that were run vertical on the roof. That is bad, but where was the chimney and the hammer? Obviously I didn't see the whole picture!>>>

Got to tell ya that it looks like the work of unlicensed roofers not homeowners. Most homeowners, in my experience, over do it. The intelligence it take to earn enough money to maintain a mortgage on a $200K+ house pretty much precludes the stupidity it>>>

C'mon they saved money.Thats all that matters.The money that they will need to fix the decking,reroof,and the interior will be the interest off of the money they saved for our labor. I'm sure.Cause we know they are smarter then us!>>>
