help with a leak

If frozen solid and below freezing out, ice should act as an insulator. Not sure I want to test that out though.

It's not exactly a airplane-on-conveyor question, but does ice conduct electricity enough to be dangerous? That question came to mind reading Sean's post.

we did decline that job.

Probably would have declined that one to. No matter how broke I was.
