For those of you that provide health ins. for your employees....What co./group do you go with?

We are with United Health Care. BC/BS was too costly anymore.

We had BCBS last year, and went with Aetna this year to save a little money. Not sure yet if it was a good move. Rates are lower, higher deductible and higher co pay. Coverage is comparable. Aetna had more flexibility with different coverages for different people.
