The 3-1's I mean...plus the lousy workmanship. Crack heads I am sure. This roof has been repaired once already. I wonder how much they "saved" when it was first done.

Looked at homeowner special. Duration 2 & 3 nailed very high, on a 1:12 slope. Just put on last October. Blown all over the place
I told the owner, let's put rubber on it. He did not like that idea. I walked......
And the builder won't accept responsibility! The roofer doesn't have a clue, and the owner gets to pay the bill.

That's exactly what we ran into in Portage last spring. Timberlines all nailed high . . . large sections sliding down a 6 pitch ranch roof.
Can't tell you the number of these situations we've worked on the past three years . . . we hardly felt the slowdown as we were kept busy chasing lousy workmanship.
Frustrating from a professional point of view, but good for our bank account.
