Happy Independence Day!

America, may you always be the land of the free and the home of the brave. May your patriotic people shuck off the community organizer who would change you, lessen you, make you unexceptional.

This nation suffers from the same complacency that saw Pearl Harbor and 9/11. So many people think that something big can't happen simply because it hasn't happened before. Either that or they're so wrapped up in their world that they don't want to think about it.

What is happening on our southern border is troubling. Trading 5 high value terrorists for a deserter is troubling. Benghazi is troubling. Eric Holder, Elijah Cummings, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.

I'm not frozen with fear, and life has to continue, but I can do simple math in my head and the sum tells me we're headed for trouble at some point.

While we may disagree on most things and hit heads this is one area where you and I walk lockstep and barrel!
