As i was taking the photo thru the soffit i was overcome by the smell of mold,i dont know if it was coming from the inside or outside!I took pics and left they want a quote for stone coated steel,im not spending a lot time on the bid unless thier serious about spending a lot of money as theres a lot of rot on this one!

What he says it true, but it is really critical that what ever roof is put on UNDER a "green" roof had beter be a good one bacause if it ever starts to leak, all of the other things he talked about will hae to be removed to fix it. The other problem is>>>
