If Obama's order yesterday goes through allowing CA emission rules to be seperate from EPA's, all older diesels will have to off the road. I have a '93 International that could very easily last the rest of my roofing career. But since Washington is one of those 'me green too' states that adopted the CA rules, it will apply here. I would really like to sell it right now before all other older truck owners realize they will have to get rid of theirs', but the truck market sucks. There will be some real truck bargains in Idaho, Nevada and Arizona as the left-coasters look for a market to dump their older trucks.>>>

It gets worse. There's some legislation in place to apply smog standards to ANY internal combustion engine 25 horsepower or more, I think beginning in 2010.

Puts my Cat diesel forklifts in question.

I'm starting to wonder how much pollution a space shuttle launch emits.

When will the bullchit end.>>>
