Any advice you can offer would be appreciated, i.e., proportioner size, manufacturer of chemicals you like, SQR per hour, material cost.

Tim, if you want a rig all set up (I'm sure it needs new hose) write my brother, RyanAtHRI @ aol dotty com (the proportioner is the 30 version of the one you just showed in another thread (I think... I'm kinda ignorant about this equipment)

Foam and Poly just isn't our thing and we aren't using it enough to justify it.

But let me tell ya, PU is some truly impressive stuff. The moisture sensitivity is very frustrating in an area where humidity is usually very high, and low pressure systems just sit and spin over the great lakes, but in it's place, it is awesome stuff.

You oght to send Tom a email, he loved the stuff according to him its better than SPF for certain applications. Personally I have never used it, I used SPF but I tore off more than we put on We had some glorified painters that foamed everything in site.I happen to like SPF and think that if is applied properly and maintained annually it some good stuff
