Additional Details: tear off and replace 2400 sq ft roof, peel and stick rubberized,30 ft metal for valleys,vents and pipes-all lead and galvanized2"-3, 3"-1, 4"-1, 10" 1, renail all decking at 6" on center, replace any rotten wood at ? cost after 1st 100 sq. ft and 40 ft ridge vent. We would also like wind mitigation for imnsurance discount.

ahhh my old home town. Wish I were still there. What a beautiful time of year to be working on a low to the ground low slope in this seaside town.
