We have had about 4 workable days in the last 6 weeks. Clears for 1 or 2 days to get the roof dry, then rains 4 days more. We are losing money, no doubt - we are paying our guys to sweep the shop every day so they can eat.

But in the mid-term this will be good of us because marginal roofing companies are dropping like flies right now. The long term? We'll get another hailstorm and the shaky roofers will be right back in.

They always come back Tim....broker and hungrier. no doubt you got to have deep pockets sometimes to stay in this game.

Weather has been excellent overall here. Worst thing is the cold. Had the long johns on last week

We have had some rain every 2-3 days here lately, rather annoying, but I don't want to complain. We had about two weeks without rain before that, suwweet!

I, for one, wouldn't mind 2-3 rain days in a row. That normally allows me to get semi-caught up on my paperwork.
