Employees!!!!!!!

They are a bigger unknown than is the weather!

A new employee got his first check today and told his coworkers: They're taking my taxes out of my check???? I'm not doing that, I owe too much child support. He wanted me to 1099 him.

Told my son to fire him - that's all the clues I need that he doesn't belong here.

We have 2 other employees whose checks are garnisheed for child support. At first it annoyed me for having to do the extra bookkeeping, then I realized that was pretty selfish of me. I have a chance to help make sure some kids get what they need, I should be thankful for that.

Dang it's the same idiots anywhere you go, all over the country .they just have different names.

And oh yes another way to lose an employee.... Wage garnishment. And yes the employer becomes the big bad guy because Little Johnny couldn't or wouldn't pay his bills.

And there are 100's of places to work in any given zip code where they can receive cash. What do they need us for?

another government mandated babysitting service provided by employer. Although it might be one of the better pieces of Bullsh*t regulations/ red tape/ nanny state services out there, too many times both sides were coming to me with their f*cking problems.

In other words, if the employee shows a civil servant a check stub then......THAT IS HIS CHECK STUB!!!! Why are you asking me to fill out additional forms for everyone else's benefit except me, my companies' and my other employees???
