Do you have Grandkids?

I don't care if it's boring. This was my Friday night, alone for the first time in awhile. Seperate from daughter, mother, genetleman & grandkids. Because of the recent snow,the kids like coming up here because my house is on a hill, great short sled runs. I tried to discourage, didn't work. :S They walked across the field and are now sleeping in my bed , oh did I mention they brought a friend, whom I've known since birth. She even calls me Grandma Pat. How can one hate something and love it at the same time. :woohoo: I let them do their thing, we were singing & dancing to music I never heard before. We all had a nice time, if I had spent the time alone it would not have been as much fun. Gotta go with the flow. PC

Have the kids tomorrow (no school day). Not looking forward to it. They reak havick I have so many left over stuff, gloves, sweaters, socks, underwear, ski boards . I m so excited,

Terry, I'm really not complaining but it can be overwhelming. I can truly understand the differences of circumstances. Your getting the lovely, polite end of the spectrum. As close as we are now.....I hear and see it all. Yes very grateful. PC

I was 400 miles away from them , now we are three doors away. Life is good.

Patty... I am not too far away if you can't take it. I have 5 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. They all live in either N. Carolina or Louisiana. Way too far to just drop by. Enjoy them while you can, I miss mine fiercely!

They are all still here. Currently cooking me spaghetti for lunch, I made them eggs for breakfest. Had an arguement with my daughter, brother coming from NYC. Do you think my head is spinning. If you don't hear from me for awhile, as happy you all will be, I left town. PC
