Diesel yesterday for $1.72/ gal.

How low can it go? I am paying less now than the price for gasoline. That has been a long time coming. It was over a $1.00 more per gallon for a while. I paid up to $4.89/gal last year.>>>

It is close to 1.91 a gallon here. The price varies so much around the country. I think the lowest is in Texas. Ky ( not the jelly ) was cheap California was expensive Ill wasn't cheap either.>>>

Just bumped up this morning from a low of 1.84. Of course, my tank was at 1/4 but had to make an appt to collect for a repair. Coming back through a few hours later, price had already gone up. That's the way I roll . . . . I ALWAYS delay filling up, hoping the price will be higher . . . :(>>>

What is E85? Since I had put a new engine in my Silverado 5 yrs ago, I use nothing but 92 octane. I found a couple of yrs ago the Cenex station near where I live has 94 octane. Now all of my personal vehicles get the "94" regardless of the economy.>>>

The gasoline that we bought just last Saturday was priced at $1.99 a gallon. Just tolday I checked on the price and it had gone down to $1.93 a gallon.>>>

I've been buying E85 where it is available the last couple of weeks. About 20 cents a gal cheaper, but lower gas mileage too they say. I have not checked mine>>>
