Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day, here in Delightfully Different Dunedin Florida a new age mixd with the old is evolving. Describeing a diamond's "scintillation"may do it justice. Dawning on this quaint beautiful piece of Paradise, a boom is around the corner. Real Estate inventories have all but evaporated. I have a few properties for sale and the flood of phone calls I'm getting on them has required me to raise my price to meet demand. As in most of America we have gone through the downturn.That is changing dramaticly. Construction is slated to begin on an East end Gateway to this incredible town. Adding 180 - 200 permanent jobs and many construction jobs, filling the coffers of the city with tax dollars. As I travel around the Country,,,,,by the way I will be in the city of Albuquerque, N.M. the end of this month, if anyone is there and wants to say hi send me an E-mail, I compare the many resort towns I get to work in with Dunedin.
