Made this top for a chimney in Tennessee. We did a shake job there 2 years ago and the chimney was taking on water from the top so we covered it and did some tuck pointing.

Yes it was heavy and up a 32 ft. ladder. we built a wood frame around the chimney and tapconed it to the stone. Covered the wood that shows from the bottom. The chimney was 3 inches out of square and had a 3 inch bow on one side. That made it fun to make and install.
