y'all ever heard of the Copper Development Association? I found out about them recently and hired them to come to my shop and teach a class on soldering flat seam copper roofing and soldering copper built-in gutters. We trained 6 of our guys in that work and it was pretty good for $1800. A 2 day hands-on class.

That looks like an ingormative demonstration. That's something I'd like to do (hobby wise). Even more impressive is that you had John Bolton (he is the walrus, koo koo ka choo) there.
Yea that one soldering iron you don't want to see
You could also work with Tinner,But before you go Black out the bottom half of your sunglasses ;)
---Very impressive. I admire the fine metal work I see done around here. I wouldn't touch it with a proverbial 10 foot pole but my hat is off to those experts who can do it. It sure looks pretty. If I knew how I would probably be making teapots, deco art and other distractions instead of making a living. Lanny
Well then you have to go right pass me then. Next time you go through PA Shoot me an email

Where are you located at 2nd gen, I could teach you a few things about copper and soldering.

Thanks for that WB. Been looking for something like that. Found one class years ago, but that disappeared. Will look into it for myself.
:)
Watching that, you would think they had been to one of my classes! :cheer: Neat stuff.
$1800.....plus the copper? :)
