Does anyone here know which state agency enforces Colorado Revised Statute 6-22-103? I know of a company in CO that is routinely taking deposits and first checks, not escrowing and does not have the escrow dialog on their contracts. Despite taking deposits and first checks it takes them week if not months to install roofs. The company is grossly mismanaged. It is just a matter of time before several homeowners will be hurt.

"An Act"......A dopey, futile attempt.......Perfect example of gooberment stupidity. To think people actually went to that much effort, when what Colorado needs is simply a contractor licencing board of sorts.

Isn't that how most roofing outfits operate in Colo?
