We have a customer who wants us to offer SPF. We want a fully enclosed trailer rig, in the neighborhood of $40,000-$60,000. Rig will need to do some 500-1500 SQR roofs.

Please recommend a manufacturer, training company, and who/what to steer clear of. Also, if you have a ood source for the chemicals.

I got 2 of them, OS. I started with a 14' box Isuzu that could spray 60 sq before you had to reload. Pretty small truck to work out of but it did most residential jobs.

See, Rocky is down south where it is hot and dry most of the time. It figures he would have a machine.

I like trucks better than trailors. I have a foam rig in a 24' boxed International that I can go spray 180 sq a day before I'm empty. It also comes with transfer pump that I can pumped into my tanks or directly into the spray amchine itself. Truck is easier to manuver, take it home daily. or to another job in the same day

I know nothing about them. Any advice I would give you would not be worth a crap. Tom that used to be on here knew a lot about rigs like that and if this was the insulators coffee shop I am sure you would get all kinds of answers. From what I have seen and heard, that could be lucrative and it could also be your last job before bankruptcy. The devil is in the details and the weather for that type of roof. If you are down south where it is hot and dry, you could probably do very well. If you are up North where it rains a lot and is humid, there are probably only about 50 days a year you could safely spray. Wind is a big factor too. advice, Be wary.
