Funny how people try to break into things. They never made it through the decking. Turned into a profitable job for us though.

You run a business that lowlifes go to get their money (at ripoff rates), and all of a sudden lowlifes think that's where the money is.

I remember one time doing a commercial roof that had rented a portion to a Savings and Loan during the construction. The safe had steel sides and door, but the same floor and ceiling as the rest of the building. I thought that was strange.

There is a grocery store here that has been broken in to many times through the flat roof. The old owners would have us come and patch it and within a month we were back patching the same spot. This went on for nearly 2 years until he could not take the losses and sold the place. Not sure what the new owners have done but have not heard anything about any more break-ins.
