Break in Gone wrong.

Funny how people try to break into things. They never made it through the decking. Turned into a profitable job for us though.

wtf did they do to that hvac did they think they were gonna climb thru it? had to have been some crack heads. lol

You run a business that lowlifes go to get their money (at ripoff rates), and all of a sudden lowlifes think that's where the money is.

I remember one time doing a commercial roof that had rented a portion to a Savings and Loan during the construction. The safe had steel sides and door, but the same floor and ceiling as the rest of the building. I thought that was strange.

Sounds like the guy that locked his keys in his car; he had to break a window to get out!

There is a grocery store here that has been broken in to many times through the flat roof. The old owners would have us come and patch it and within a month we were back patching the same spot. This went on for nearly 2 years until he could not take the losses and sold the place. Not sure what the new owners have done but have not heard anything about any more break-ins.
