http://www.flir.com/flirone/ FLIR One, attaches to your iPhone. Pretty neat if it actually works for roofs. Only $350, which is cheap compared to a decent FLIR camera.

I own a T-420 Flir IR camera, I use my Tramex moisture meter to verify any anomaly I locate. The most important aspect when choosing a IR camera is resolution... Buy a IR camera with the highest resolution (image) quality that your budget will allow. Otherwise you may be disappointed.

LOL. Any input? I don't want to be the guinea pig but if it works on roofing, I am going to get one.
