This function does store them in a folder under your user name then gives you a list on the right with all files in your folder.
when you want to include a file in your future posts/replies just click on it and the code will be copied to your current topic or reply

click on the link code in the box then press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy it then close that window and put your cursor in the topic or reply field and press Ctrl + v to paste it
Let's see.
Again.
oh wow!....it works. thanks Steve.
You can now upload files and photos from the form under the topic/reply form.
The first time you use it there will be a folder created from your user name ie: http://www.rooferscoffeeshop.com/rcs/users/yourusername/
If image width is greater than 500 pixels it will resize to 500 pixels width
you will get a link url based on the file type

Opps.... JimAKAblue .......... I don't know how to attach things here.
Basically, my spreadsheet requires me to enter in the basic multipliers and accessories. It spits out the purchase order, work order, invoices, fax sheets, etc. If I measure a roof, I send out my Purchase order, not the adjuster's.
It's all a crapshoot anyways with the waste factors and crew variables. My crew is pretty good about using the materials wisely but we all know that not everyone is as diligent as when the boss is watching...eh?
It will be a fun exercise so if it's not too hard to post documents, I'm game. Thank You All Great and Powerful Web Master
I did not see any question in there from Randy what was it??
