10 yrs. ago today

........I got married! To the love of my life, Becky. And....I love her more now than ever.

I'd a never known it'd be possible after so many, uhm, short term relationships. I always thought it was a matter of cutting your losses. :(

She has shown me what love really is (true) and made me so much stronger and better by having someone really on my side and at my side. And putting up with me. When she calls me an a**hole, she's almost always right :side:

Anyway, we are getting a room overnite nearby and going for dinner and drinks........and hiring a cab. Plan A was Chicago for 2 nights, but I'm glad we're staying closer to home.

Great choice to hire a cab too! There was an alcohol related wreck with two fatalities ONE block from my daughters apartment near her college campus on New Years morning. :( Scared the daylights out of me because she had just drove back for school the day before after staying with us for two weeks through the Christmas Holiday.

Congratulations! My wife and I will be celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary of 25 years in 2014. :)

It has been 34 years for us this June. I married up too! It is better that way.
