Metal-Era and Hickman Edge Systems announce their parent company, MTL Holdings.

In February 2021, MTL Holdings purchased the entire metal roof edge product line from OMG Edge Systems and restored the Hickman name. Metal-Era and Hickman Edge Systems form MTL’s family of brands, and together, hold the broadest portfolio of tested roofing and building envelope perimeter securement solutions on the market.

Metal-Era and Hickman Edge Systems will continue to be the face of the company, working with architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure securement of the building’s edge.
