By CRM, are you referring to programs for invoicing, estimating, etc or are you referring to those programs that allow you to jot down factoids about your customers that can be brought up quickly so you can pretend to be old friends with them?

The Roofing God

I educate my customers to what`s important on their roof ,and why it`s important,I stress company training, proper nail placement,I let them know my roofs will go the distance, and a poorly installed roof will not,And even if someones price is $2,000.00 lower,a roof that will last is better than one that may not,and $67 a year over a 30 year warranty is nothing,if it`s the difference between properly installed,or not---I also hear about warranty`s and I tell them "the manufacturers warranty doesn`t exist if the work is done improperly">>>

I did your grandfather's roof 40 years ago, then 25 years ago, then 10 years ago, and last year I did their camp in Maine. I did your father's two houses and both of your sister's house. I even did the house that you lived in for the last 10 years, and>>>
