Hey, I like the 'old school" part of that. I am working on my Spanish.
Tinner and Rooferman you both just embarrassed yourselves. Obviously you both only speak one language. Otherwise you would know how hard it is to learn and master a second language. I've spent 6 years learning Spanish and trust me it's not an easy road. This forum is supposed to be about help and team work. Juan speaks better English than most Hispanic roofers I have ever met. It sounds like he is making an effort. So lighten up.
Juan the best advice I can give you is become an apprentice of someone who knows. There is no school like the old school way of doing things - hands-on work. If you are running your own company then try to partner with someone who has been in the game a long time, or hire an experienced manager. but be careful who you trust. I've been burned. I imagine a lot of people have.
Also, all the major manufacturers print books on installation. These books can be a great resource. The manufacturers also offer certification classes that will help you.
Good luck and let us know how you're progressing. Remember to tune out the negative voices.. Everyone has an opinion and some people are one-dimensional. You just focus on making yourself a better person.. I see no wrong in that.
Buena suerte!
