I was talking with another contractor that was telling me about using a spray form of bonding adhesive for single ply. Said it was tons faster than rollers. Anyone have any experience with this? Any manufacturers recommended?

As a side note, in a tear-off situation, what is the fastest systems you use?>>>

It can be sprayed, a roller is still needed to get any misses and blobs, no masking, tarping required. A lot faster.>>>

IRS is the only mfr that I know of with a sprayable EPDM bonding adhesive. It's green, stringy and expensive, but should go down extremely fast. Have had it demonstrated in my shop, but never used it.>>>

Firestone has adhesive you can spray for single ply.....but you have to back roll it, still sounds faster but I would sure hate to clean the sprayer >>>

Just completed Carlisle EPDM and TPO seminars in PA and the instructor said adhesive is always applied with a roller at the correct coverage rate. Use a mechanically fastened system and you don't need any adhesive. If your talking about installing ISO, this can be installed with foam adhesive.>>>
