And i tarped it and came back three days later to see it beeing removed,i bid it for a corragated steel deck,2 inchs iso,dens deck,modified base and cap sheet all flashing and parapets 24 gauge.He installed a 26 gauge R panel galvalume for the deck ribs high and shingle drip for eave metal and 26 gauge wall cap,no telling what they installed for insulation or base.Management company from florida,i spoke with the girl in the office apparently they had an engineer look at the new roof and he dont approve! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :laugh: So i may be ripping it all off and redoing it for them.

Boy, th4e building owner won on that one. The whole deck was shot and they have to get the insurance company to rebuild everyting.

I presume failure to properly insulate this building and roof system led to the complete failure of the decking system.A little tornado before xmas exposed it to the world
