Prices ar all over the board right now. I saw a big difference bertween ABC and one of the regional suppliesrs yesterday on a job. I don't know what the answer is.

I stopped by the supply house after not being there for a few months. I asked if prices were going up and the response " rumors had it they were on Monday nothing set in stone" Ok this was a red flag for me.....the supplier blames it conveniently on the manufacturer????? I believe it is the supply house raising prices to fit there business model. I don't buy huge supplies of roofing material anymore. It amazed me in the past you would buy a new car and pay 20-30+ thousand and get a 1year warranty. Roofing, 5+ warranty 7-9 thousand???? Personally it irk me. Sometime we shoot ourselves in the foot with our policy's B) :) :) B) Deep Down In Florida Where The Sun Shines Damn Near Every Day
