So sorry to hear. This is going to weed out a lot of people, and those of us carrying big overheads are sweating it. If you have big overhead, and operate on a line-of-credit, you're probably sweating blood.
From what you wrote on the "what should I do" thread, it sounded like this man kept the doors open as long as he possibly could, and was probably very pained by the decisions he was being forced to make.
May you land on both feet.>>>
This brings up an interesting subject in my mind. What is it that you are doing to save money in your bills and business activities ? I have done a lot of personnel things . I have tried to explained in other post and critisized by the media is causing the problems crowd. I just switched my phone line over to a product called OOMA. Now I make all my calls through the Internet on a regular phone and forward to my cell when I'm away all long distance calls are free . My next project is going to a dry DSL line. The move to OOMA saves me about $ 80.00 bucks a month. How do you feel about it now if you are facing going out of business or losing a job ? What can you do to help us save money and keep the same or better services ?>>>
That sukz. It's bad enough when you know you might be laid off, but just out of no where. They must of been planning this for a while. Seems to me the right thing for them to do is at least pay you for what you have coming to you. They sould have had their little pow wow with everybody in the company when they seen this coming.>>>
Dang! That's a bummer. Sorry to hear it bud.>>>
