If you would, please explain how the compensation works for what you do (adjuster). While having a cigar and libation at my buddy's place in Downtown Disney yesterday we struck up a conversation with another general contractor and his wife. He was telling me that his wife (also an adjuster) could have made TONS of money during the '04 storms. He said that in addition to a commission (on each claim written) the adjuster gets a 2% bonus and also a cut of any residual claim work that comes off of each claim. If that's the case we're all in the wrong business here. Do a breakdown for us since you're "in the game" so to speak.

I love the way of life and it has been very very good to me . As far as what is happening to me nothing but the gospel , if it is not of any help, That is not for me to decide . I don't know you personally but I have been reading your posts for years and know that NO way that these "VERY PROFFESSIONAL PEOPLE" didn't read you like a book. They wouldn't be professional would they? You are a salesman. You are not the only one. You are beyond the pretense of laymen. I believe you exude salesman, a way of life.

So how does your knowing (Knowledge) Feel that your upgrades are being paid for by everyone else and premiums to insurance companies including yours are allowing your insurance company to profit even more by you taking the 20% - How does it feel when your bank says i do not trust you with this money you need to give it to us and we will give it to you as we desire - How does it feel to know you no longer are trusted and have to be takin care of by your insurance company at everyones expense? you are grouped with all the degenerates and the banks and insurance companies have the power to approve or deny anything they choose. Does it turn your crank when these people say i am sorry sir you are right we will send you a check soon - You in the dark not realizing while all this is going on you loose more and more responsibility and give it to your bank / Ins company.

Knowing the diffence in value of your property (before) and the value of you property (after) How much more will you get in rents - how much more the property itself is worth? I am sure you have a good idea of the number and how much more your property will be worth after all is said and done - Does this make you feel good? you are benifitting plenty anyone would feel great - The unknown to you is at what cost you think it is free? gain some knowledge in this area and take a look at were greed leads - I am not saying you should not take the money i am saying you should see how insurance companies and banks have been benifiting from it. Min It doesn't concern growing balls . As I have stated over and over " Knowledge is Power " I will investigate this side of it. I'm not worried about a lot of the issues you brought up. In the State of FL because it is a rental we need a contractor to do repairs on income property . I have a close friend who works with me on my properties .
