Cheap Blasterds!

People underbidding never seem to learn. My neighbor had a guy bid to do the labor to convert his trailer into a dump trailer for him for %500. I noticed that today was the second day for him and a helper to spend the day on it and he still doesn't have the pump on it. When I got in today I noticed they had a grinder going constantly. The only time it stopped was so he could yell m-fer to let everyone know how well he was doing.>>>
