A little sales advice for you would be -- to buy a case of KY and bend over for some of your customers - And that right there is funny cause i actually said that to a customer once - I will bend over to earn your business -- and i got the job - What i really meant is i will bend over backwards to earn your business!! Well we have a person trying to make $$$ off my post. What a dumbazz. I am not planning to write my book now because there appears to be no demand for it. I am preparing myself for the day when all of you dumbazz felons get shutdown and those that are no felons (very few) are going to wish their credit did NOT suck as the insurance companies have STRINGENT STANDARDS REGARDING who they allow to represent them. Which DISQUALIFIES the Majority of Scumbag Roofers. U better pray I do not meet any of you pieces of crap on a loss as I will tell the insured I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THAT CONTRACTOR. I have seen adjusters do things that amazed me how they got away with it. Oh yes I am an adjuster myself. Anyway.... I am not gonna waste any more time with this post. Why don't you assholes just have it removed?

Are you using any software to assist you with the adjusters?
If so what are you using and why that program?
Do you pay for the deductible for the customer?
Do you canvass for leads?
If so how many are you using in the field?
Are they trained properly to get leads and able to have rebuttals at the door to get the lead?
Are you using telemarketing?
Do you do mailers?
If so why?
Are you using a camera to show defects in the roof, if so who do you give them to?
Do you manually measure the roof or are you using software to measure for you?
Where are you targeting your area?
How do you target the area?
Do you know the hot area’s if so how do you know?
Do you honestly want help getting the money you want versus whatever they pay you?
How are you trying to close these deals with the insurance adjusters?
And I have more so emailing me I have a better understanding your needs so filling this out would make me customize your need rather than general info and I WILL not do that because everyone is different and trying to respect each person and meet their needs do that clear up the problem? I would think that with your astonishing closing rate you might have learned how to effectively deal with resistance from potential customers without demeaning them. Like how to win them over with concern and charm instead of insults and arrogance.
As for spelling and grammer, you need to upgrade to a spellcheck that tells you the appropriate use of apostrophes before you pretend to be the smartest guy in the room.
Insurance rates aren't that bad.One can make 30% profit on them.
